Beginning Wednesday, June 16th, Western Municipal Construction will be installing a new water main in Terrace Drive from Poly Drive to Rimrock Road.

Terrace Drive will be closed to through traffic.  Local access will be provided.

This project is scheduled for completion on July 15th.

Beginning Monday, June 14th, Western Municipal Construction will be installing a new water main in Poly Drive from Hoover Avenue to Terrace Drive.

The road will be closed to through traffic.  Local access will be provided.

Beginning Monday, June 7th, Western Municipal Construction will close 12th Avenue North for installation of sewer line between 25th and 26th on 12th Avenue North.

Beginning Wednesday, June 2nd at 7:00 a.m., COP Construction will be installing a new water main in Calhoun Lane.  Calhoun will be closed from Underpass Avenue to Arden Avenue.  Traffic will be detoured to Vaughn Lane.

Beginning Monday, June 7th, Riverside Sand & Gravel will close Lake Elmo Drive from Wicks to Main Street.  Residential and business traffic will be maintained.

Hanson to Main Street will be closed for road reconstruction.  Hansen and Hilltop Road will remain open to east and west traffic.

This project is scheduled to be completed in October 2010.

Beginning Monday, June 7th, COP Construction will be installing a new water main in the intersection of 24th Street West and Broadwater Avenue.

During the work, traffic will be detoured around the work zone with one lane each for northbound, southbound, eastbound and westbound traffic.  Temporary access will be maintained for all local businesses and residents.

Use an alternate route when possible.

Beginning Wednesday, April 28th at 8:00 a.m., Knife River began installing underground utilities across Shiloh Road.  North- and southbound traffic on Shiloh between Monad Road and King Avenue will be detoured off the existing asphalt surface onto a gravel surface.

Watch for one-way traffic being controlled by flag persons.  Watch for workers and please follow all posted reduced speed limits and other traffic control devices.

Knife River - Billings will be working on 8th Avenue in Laurel beginning Monday, April 5th.  The work will consist of street, utility and sidewalk improvements.  The work will close areas around 8th Avenue.

This project is scheduled to last into October 2010.

Expect detours, flag persons and delays in all areas around 8th Avenue.

Beginning approximately Thursday, October 1st, fences will go up across North 26th Street in preparation for construction of the new Federal Courthouse in Billings.  Fencing will be going up around the Montana-Dakota Utilities building, the former Wells Fargo bank branch and half a block of North 26th Street.  Following will be the tear down of the buildings and preparation of the site for new construction.

Once the fence goes up, the half-block of North 26th Street between 2nd and 3rd Avenues North will be closed to traffic.
